RE:	Special Meeting of State Committee to Consider the Expulsion
        of Martin Lindstedt

____________________________________________________________

As you are aware if you attended the state committee meeting held
on January 19, 1997, a bylaw was passed providing a procedure for
the expulsion of a party member.

In accordance with that procedure, you as a state committee member
are being informed that:

1) At the state executive committee meeting held on February 16,
1997 a motion was passed to forward consideration of the expulsion
    of Martin Lindstedt to the state committee;

2) That this meeting of the state committee shall take place on
Sunday, April 20 at 1 p.m. at the Heidelberg Restaurant in
    Columbia, 10th and University Streets.

Also in accordance with the procedure stated in Bylaw Article 1.3,
Mr. Lindstedt is being informed of this action by being sent a copy
of this memo and has a right to be present at this meeting.

Commentary: When I got this invitation to a lynch party run by the LibberToons, I thought to myself that these fascist criminals are REALLY gonna do it. They have been plotting since after I lost the gubernatorial primary, but these fascist swine are REALLY gonna reveal what criminal fascists they are and what a lie their advocacy of liberty really is. After all, they passed a bill of attainder aimed specifically at myself, and now they intend to implement it. They are going to take a majority vote to violate the rights of the minority -- all the while the basis of their pretend party is supposedly a protest against the other political parties using majority vote to pass legislation criminalizing such LibberToon-LibberTine favorite vices of abortion, smoking dope and sodomy. In addition this petty criminality is a violation of Revised Statute of Missouri 115.603 -- Committees each established party shall maintain. See State ex rel. Kiel v. Reichtmann 142 S.W. 304 (1906). Established state parties cannot legally interfere with or disband grass-roots elected party officials.

At the time, I had an infilltraitor in the MoLP, one Edwin Hoag (Judas Hogg), who I suspected was also ratting me out to the 'Toons. Turns out my suspicions were correct, but Judas Hogg was also ratting out the 'Toons as well. He says that the vote was 10-1, with Adolf Givens, and the rest of the 'Pullertariat Politburu voting for it, with the exception of Jeanne Bojarski's cut-lapdog wuss boyfriend Grant Stauffer voting "no" because he was scared of being sued. Supposedly Queen Jeanne looked like she wanted to cut off poor Grant's remaining testicle.
And to top it off, the Hoggster said that he had voted for my expulsion as well! "But don't worry, Martin, I'll vote against your expulsion in April. We just got to make sure the Ku Klux Klan don't get into the LibberToon Party."
By this time, I was definitely smelling a rat where only a Hoggster should have been. But still, he was my rat, although he had been shitting on me since January, '97.

.

At the trial, Persecutor McKenzie wouldn't let me enter this into evidence, stipulating that yes, I had been invited to appear at this expulsion meeting (after all, I was the guest of honor, and what is a lynch party without a lynchee), so that with this stipulation I shouldn't be allowed to present this exhibit into evidence. Judge Bryson of course agreed. McKenzie then went on to argue that since I had been invited, I could of course be "disinvited" at will, hence liable to trespass charges.
