A LETTER TO THE EDITOR OF THE NEOSHO DAILY NEWS

Elections in a so-called constitutional republic supposedly have the purpose of letting a political entity known as "The People" have a voice in how they are to be governed. Nothing could be further from the truth, especially so in Newton County.

The only choices are the ones a corrupt criminal regime allow to happen as a sop to legitimacy by having the People ratify their criminal political machinations. To prove my contention, let me bring up a candidacy which was almost disallowed -- that of a non-lawyer to an elected judgeship -- and that only took place because of the honesty of the County Clerk’s office in obeying the election law and the determination of non-lawyer candidate Richard Doyle to remain on the ballot.

Prosecuting Attorney Greg Bridges extorted and blustered about how having a non-lawyer elected by the people was illegal -- then he filed felony election charges against Richard Doyle for the ‘crime’ of running for a judgeship, even though Bridges had no standing to do so as he is not an election official. Judges Perigo and Killebrew misfiled demands for a grand jury investigation into this matter and tried their dead-level best to railroad Doyle. The Public Pretender’s Office was less than worthless, so Doyle had to fire his public pretender. Judge Stremel filed and had to withdraw two civil suits, one in Jasper County, challenging Doyle’s candidacy in the primary election because the fool couldn’t figure out that as a Republican candidate he had no standing to challenge a Libertarian primary opponent. This goes to show that a criminal oligarchy of lawyers cannot not be bothered with obeying their own pretend legis-treason, and in most cases are incompetent to know what it actually says.

The lawyers and media which say that Richard Doyle had no legal right to run for a judgeship are carrying out the jurisprudence of Nazi Germany, Communist Russia, and Saddam Hussein’s Iraq, in which the voting population is encouraged to vote but only for the ‘legal’ candidates. What moral difference, when it comes down to it, is there in a 99.16% plebiscite for Adolf Hitler, a 99.76% return for Joseph Stalin and a 99.33% vote for Donald J. Killebrew?

Thus the 1440 votes for Richard Doyle were in effect notice that 13.55% of the people who still vote in Newton County cannot be fully trusted by the criminal regime running Newton County, as well as a repudiation of their pretensions towards legitimacy. Absent legitimacy the only tool left in the criminal regime’s arsenal is violence, which leads to inevitable total civil warfare.
